Bankroll Manager is published by F.T.B ONLINE LTD. No account is required, and we have no server storing your bankroll records.

Data on your device
Your bankrolls, sessions, notes and photos are stored privately on your device. Make a backup before uninstalling the app or changing phones.
Analytics and advertising
The current app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. It does not create a developer-issued user identifier.
This website uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The web host and security provider process IP address, user agent and request time in ordinary security logs retained for up to 30 days. The contact form uses a strictly necessary session cookie for security and spam prevention, and the cookie is deleted when the browser closes.
Optional exchange rates
Live rates use ExchangeRate-API. The request includes the base currency code, not your bankroll or session records. The provider may process ordinary connection data, including your IP address and user agent.
Initial currency suggestion
Your device's region is read locally to suggest a currency. This setting is not sent for that purpose.
Backup and export
Backups and CSV or JSON exports are created only at your request. Session photos stay in app storage. If you share or save a file elsewhere, the destination controls that copy.
App Lock
Your phone's operating system handles authentication. The app receives the result, not your fingerprint or facial data.

Contact messages are normally kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, unless they are needed longer to handle an active request, meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.
